200 (100 Stalls for Kerala, 75 for National Levels and remaining 25 of International Status)

Each stall would be of 10 x 10 ft. Necessary lights and maximum quantity of furniture (6 tables & 2 chairs) would be provided at the venue. Enough publicity would be arranged and each stall would be given at Rs. 500 for 10 days. A discount of 10% would be allowed for those who occupy more than one stall. For Foreign registration 30US$ for each stall.

Rent for a stall is fixed at Rs.8,000/- and payment should be made in advance by crossed Demand Draft in favour of the Superintendent, State Institute of Languages, Regional Centre, Cherooti Road, Calicut-1, Kerala State, along with the application. No application without rent payment would be accepted. Cheques will not be accepted. For promoting small scale book publishers we provide a 5 x 5 Sq.ft. space at a cost of Rs. 4,000/- only.

Wide publicity for the Festival would be given through different media, such as press, electronic media, announcements, posters etc. In addition to the banners at the stall, participants can display their banners at convenient spots in the surrounding area of the Festival venue. Details of Exhibition will be mailed to all institutions in Kerala.

Educative and enlightening cultural programmes would be organized all days.

Quiz and other programmes would be arranged for college / school students

There will be film shows and debates on films.
